Mavpak is searching for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team on the north side of Indianapolis, IN. The right candidate isn’t afraid to make a decision, values people, acts with urgency, and has a strong focus on detail. As a key member an Account Team, you will play a key role in helping manage and grow our business. You will oversee things like product setup and management, quote management, order management, proactive customer communication, peak season planning, and pursuing overall account excellence.

Things needed to be successful in this role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in English
• Advanced customer service, details, and interpersonal skills required
• Proficient in Excel and other Office 365 applications; ability to master other applications including Fishbowl and Asana
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR and background check required
• College degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years’ experience preferred in one of the following fields: packaging, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, customer service
